These terms apply to every order placed with us through https://riwazwholesale.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Where the site shows an approximate price in another currency it is a convenience only, and is not a live exchange rate — you are always charged the exact rupee price. Your own bank sets the rate and may add its own international transaction fee, which is between you and them.
We sell imitation (fashion) jewellery. Nothing sold is precious metal or precious stone, none of it is hallmarked, and no such claim is made anywhere on this site.
An order is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when we have received your payment and set the pieces aside for you — stock is committed at that moment and not before, so an item in your cart is not reserved. If something is unavailable after payment, we tell you and refund it.
Payment is taken in full before despatch. We do not store card, UPI or bank credentials at any point.

Photographs, product descriptions and the design of this site belong to us. Resellers we have approved may use our photographs to sell our stock; nobody else may copy them for their own trade.
Keep your sign-in to yourself — orders placed through your account are treated as yours. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Malout, Punjab have jurisdiction.
