Orders are packed within 2 to 4 working days of payment being confirmed. Every piece is checked against your order as it goes into the box. You will see a notification in your account, and in My Orders, when it is packed and again when it is despatched.
If you choose to collect, there is no delivery charge at all. Pay online, and the pieces are set aside in your name. Collect them from our store during the hours on our Contact page.
Sent by courier. The charge is shown at checkout or confirmed once your parcel is packed and weighed, whichever applies to your order.
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and other destinations on request. International parcels go door to door on a delivered-duty-paid basis:
We do not ship to destinations we are prohibited from serving. If we cannot deliver to your country we will tell you before you pay, and refund in full if payment has already been made.
Courier and tracking details appear as a notification in your account, and in My Orders on our website, when the parcel is despatched.
Once a parcel is with the courier, transit time is in their hands. Customs inspection at the destination can add time and is outside our control. If your parcel is late, message us and we will chase it with the courier.
