This policy covers https://riwazwholesale.com, the online shop operated by Riwaz Jewellery.

What we collect

Your account — name, mobile number and email address, given when you sign in.
Delivery details — the name, address, city, state, PIN and country you ask us to deliver to.
Your orders — what you ordered, what you paid and what we sent.
Basic usage — which pages and designs were viewed, so we know what to stock more of.

What we do NOT collect

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own systems.

Why we hold it

To take and deliver your order, to answer you about it afterwards, to keep the accounts a business is required to keep, and to tell you about new stock if you have asked us to.

Who else sees it

Our courier — the delivery name, address and phone number, because the parcel cannot arrive otherwise.
Our payment provider — what is needed to take and reconcile the payment.
Google Analytics — anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location and device), so we know what to stock more of. It does not get your name, address or order details.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody, and we do not pass them to advertisers.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare's infrastructure, reachable only by us through an administrator login. We keep order records as long as the law requires us to, and account details until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Write to support@riwazwholesale.com or message us on WhatsApp to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have your account and its details deleted. We will act within 30 days. Order records we are legally required to retain are kept even after an account is closed.
