Please read this before you pay. Imitation jewellery is sold on the terms below, and we would rather you knew them than discovered them.
An order cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, even if it has not yet been despatched. The payment gateway's charge on that payment is not refunded to us, so a cancellation costs us the fee as well as the sale. If you are unsure about an order, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered imitation jewellery because a customer has changed their mind, or because a piece looks different in a photograph than in a hand. Every design is photographed as it really is, and we will show you any piece on a video call before you pay if you ask.
This is different, and we do put it right. If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or containing the wrong piece, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video — recording started before you cut the tape or open the box, continuous and unedited through to the piece being taken out. A video or photo taken after the box is already open is not enough on its own, however soon after — this is required before we can replace the piece or refund it, not optional, because it is what a courier damage claim is settled on. Without it we cannot raise a claim with the courier and cannot process the replacement or refund either.
A broken or damaged piece has to come back to us before a replacement or refund is issued — we cannot raise the courier's claim on it otherwise, and a piece already replaced or refunded is not one we can also have sold again. The return courier charge is paid by you — send it back with any courier you choose, at your own cost; we will tell you the address to send it to once your claim is confirmed.
If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, or we cannot deliver to your address, we refund that piece in full without being asked.
To the same method you paid with, within 5–7 working days of the refund being agreed. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. Delivery charges already incurred are refunded only where the fault was ours.
Screens differ, and so do individual pieces — these are hand-finished articles, not machine-identical ones. Small variation in shade, stone placement or finish is normal in imitation jewellery and is not treated as a defect.
